Quantoz EURQ is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the euro, issued by Quantoz Payments BV, a licensed electronic money institution regulated by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). EURQ is MiCAR-compliant, and its whitepaper as an electronic money token (EMT) has been submitted to the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
